I do fault Amarex for filing a knowingly false document with a government agency. I believe that is a felony and at least is unethical. Despite any contractual obligations the MSA may have, being party to a fraud or engaging in unethical behavior would be an out which they did not exercise. Nader and Amarex are each culpable for the HIV BLA fiasco. Just likemKelly is culpable for Naders actions.
