30 meters is probably what they are using for both liner and casing length, but I have no way of verifying.

We don't know how many sections of liner they used, but with the 4th section being 1,600 meters and each liner being 30 meters, then it would take 53 pieces. Not all pieces would have to be specialized; most are probably just pipe. A few (at least one per zone to be isolated during test/production) would be specialized with the high temp packer and perforations.

Going down hole, they would build the liner string at the surface. In other words, they would not take a single liner piece down, then come back up for another piece.
