I assume the process you have outlined is the right sequence. I'm not sure of exactly how they will install the liners, but it takes probably a day to run the pipe down hole, then another day to bring the pipe back up. So, I would think at least 3 days round trip in taking a tool or liner to the bottom. The liner probably goes down in a string so its not one trip per 30 meter length of liner.
