Could be...like the clown now systematically walking up bid by .0001 every few minutes looking for a whack....anyone selling to this clown shouldn’t be in stocks. Happened yesterday and today along with many other times and killed trading volume. So my point is your right...but this clowns will miss the big run which can commence any moment. Any notice the 2 mm’s this pos is using with 2 different accounts as they walk bid up in tandem..I have no doubt sam pos sold .40s for sofa change....just lock up shares....don’t feed these flippers a damn share.
