I agree with you too that what is of most interest now is the financing of the pool that is going to trade carbon credits. This company will make an easy profit from running this pool. Thus the curucial question is how much money will be invested in the pool. We need an update addressing this question. We need a firm commitment and not just a range of possible investments from Katz.
