Nicely explained Buddyboy20. The damages due to CytoDyn will end up financing quite a bit for expansion. If found they were part of an effort to defraud the company, then the parent company will become involved and cut a huge good deal for CytoDyn. RICO is the last thing they want to be caught up in. RICO or not, the negligence will effectively end the life of Amarex with the parent company NSF having a huge tax write off and another stain on their reputation which will effectively put Amarex in bankruptcy.

It's quite evident the long arm of corruption has been hard at work to keep miracle leronlimab from becoming part of HIV, and SOC Covid. No doubt Amarex was neglectful. As the dust begins to settle watch as big investment deals start to pour in.

What is going on? We are effectively witnessing an effort to further delay leronlimab as other drugs come to market. It is a nasty game being played out. In the backdrop of all of this, will be seen huge players in the industry hotly pursuing a deal for leronlimab. If our MAB was not a miracle Mab, none of this would be happening.

Thanks for the detailed reply, Buddyboy20! I didn't know Cytodyn was able to "reconstruct their trial information, by researching the HIV trial site information." That is great news, I thought Amarex held all the cards.

In retrospect, Nadar must have been in a very difficult spot before he went public with the revelations on the failures of our CRO. The shareholders were screaming for BLA submission, but Amarex, apparently, always had enough plausible excuses/lies to keep stringing NP and the board along.

I'm sure NP didn't want to believe that a CRO could so thoroughly obfuscate and botch things up that it would, in retrospect, look deliberate.

To debtors prison for Amarex,
Onward CYDY!!!!!!!!

Buddyboy20- well done and this is what many of us have suspected all a long. Why would we pay for substandard work. Still no bankruptcy and no criminal charges against CyDy. The amount of misinformation never seems to stop.
