Their core business is nothing to do with charging stations that have lot of costs and planning issues what is the pay back for the installer/contractor?

Many contractors can install charging stations and the big companies have their own teams, not every electrical company can design and install 20+ story building security, HVAC and electric supply systems. JNSH is one of the best in Illinois , profitable and low share count - all great reasons to buy.
