Agreed but I also think we have a case of Amarex conspiring with outsiders to try and force Cytodyn to buckle and fail, some may say it's a fantasy but I've seen many many cases like this in other areas of business. Do I think Amarex is being investigated? Yep!
Do I think there's individuals being investigated? Yep!
Funny, there's posters here who feel that there should be proof of an Amarex investigation- you want proof? Get your hands on the subpoenas issued to Cytodyn, there's your proof.
People actually think Amarex would be notified of an investigation- you're either watching to much TV or reading some bad info.
They'll find out of an investigation when they get a knock at their door.

Cytodyn ended their legal action, they are now only in arbitration with Amarex. They are determining what portion of the $13 mil Amarex bill they owe Amarex. They have gone a year without paying them and so far there isn't any evidence of "fraud" as NP once implied. Amarex was operating virtually all of the company's trials -- any complaints in the operation in the past, No and NO was frequently touting how well they were doing. So what fraud can anybody point too??

Cydy hasn't shown they have the cash for the surety bond to get back their clinical trial data, let along pay for an audit.

I think they had what they needed when they needed it and didn't want to tie up 6.5 million any sooner than necessary because they are fiscally responsible imo
