Helix TCS inc then merged into Forian, Inc. which trades on Nasdaq(FORA) so a otcbb company merges a few companies and goes nasdaq - looks like Siegel is mostly into science related tracking software, cannabis software etc. So, any guesses/speculations what he might be planning for MGUY?
