#10277 RE: MastaBeta #10276

There is a lot going on right now on Google's side. Samsung as well.
Go to YMB and read the latest GSOP, under replies read Steve.

There is MUCH Google is trying desperately to hide with regard to memory and memory modules. Lots of redacted stuff Google does not want disclosed.

A 3 year old child can see through all of this with all companies involved in the infringements. It's pretty much crystal clear to many.

So, my question is this: Why is Google so fearful~? Why are they doing everything in their power to suppress the evidence~? If this is just worth a couple of $billion, $8-$12, pay up and get it over with. GOOG is a $1.9 trillion company.

I'll tell you why they don't want all of this exposed. It's very simple.
Other lawsuits against GOOG will use the NetList case as an example of infringements. The extent to which GOOG would go to cover things up. Lie, steal, collude with other companies......
Google doesn't want to go down that road. Too many lawsuits they are contending with.

My sense is that this could be worth far more than a couple of billion. Why~? The fact that Google is trying so hard, the fact that there was collusion between all the companies currently named in litigation, and the fact that Google has sent out a cautionary statement on their future revenues being impacted. They don't go into detail as to why the impact.
Why do all of this if this is simply an infringement on NetList IP~? Why have all of these documents filled with redaction~? Why the precautionary revenue statement~?

IMO, Sheasby would not say anything to benefit Google. He's far too smart for that. Maybe the context was not exactly what he meant.

He may have been trying to work on a resolution that would benefit both companies (all companies) in the beginning. I do not think that the case now. The gloves were dropped long ago. Game on~!

If Google wins due to their money I would be stunned. It would set a precedent for any company that has proprietary intellectual property, a patent on that IP, and a SEMINAL game changing patent to boot~!
Why bother~? Google is screwed.

Just my opinion.......
