These are all pretty damning allegations against

the company, and if Dan Simmons was an investor

of the company, DS should contact the SEC immediately

to report all of the findings and the testimony from

“her”!!!!

Of course if one is shorting the stock to death,

the motivations would be very different, to create

fear and doubt!!!
