Yes, there is no dividend.

If there were, it would show up here on the daily list:

Just set the date back a month or two and look for it under the ticker. The only thing that shows up is the RS.

The company would also mention it in the offering prospectus.

Common sense says the company wouldn't be selling stock to raise capital and paying a dividend at the same time.

Just for the record, this quote:

We do not intend to pay dividends on our common stock for the foreseeable future.

We have paid no dividends on our common stock to date and we do not anticipate paying any dividends to holders of our common stock in the foreseeable future. If the company was going to pay a dividend, they'd tell you through official channels (ie - SEC filings), not through social media rumors. Given the fake Ex date, it appears as though the objective is to get folks to buy/hold stock.
