Exactly! Those thinking it will run up into the .30s before that is wishful thinking.
The PPS may increase a little leading up to the hearing but like I said previously, we would be lucky to get into the .20s. The hearing is set and we haven't broken .10!
The driving force will be which judges are selected for the panel. That is when we may see a spike or a selloff. Either way, there are a lot of folks here that are way underwater and will just ride it out.
