Took a small loss and exited the majority of my position here. Reviewed old filings going back many years, press releases and the like. I believe the 42 mil shares could be a problem. At current rates they’re worth at least $3.2M. Studied what some of the previous owners did and I think this would be a tough bunch of shares to get canceled. Better option would be a settlement but the incoming company may need to foot the bill. Seen a few cases of share cancellations to know what could be happening here.
It’s a good reverse merger shell but not expecting outsized returns. I could be wrong but this isn’t for me. We might get a tweet or something and till then I’m sitting this out. Sorry if anyone followed me into this trade. As always do your own DD.
