He probably thinks this new NASD compliance, will get large institutional buyers to take notice.....I'll wager anyone out there, that this new price per share, will slump to under an buck rather quickly. He will receive notice of such, do nothing, and allow it to reach microcap status(again)......Well, maybe he will switch "hats" a few times. He has quite a collection of them. There's the laboratory hat, for grape juices. There's the miners hat, for whatever. Did he even try on a "weed" hat.....
I haven't kept watch. I too have Regeneca shares, in the form of a worthless certificate......
How guys like this avoid jail time, is incredible.
