I dont believe that any amount of small shares purchased was manipulated as the stock went nowhere but down on those days.

the sec is going to have a hard time proving deitsch manipulated the share price with small buys as the stock went down on those days.

a jury is going to question that.

and saying buying shares in the market is manipulation is not true as it isn't illegal to buy your own companies shares.

1 share or 100 million... it's still market manipulation

I’m a huge fan of financial regulators, oversight and law-enforcement. I truly mean it. We NEED the SEC and others to keep the rich and powerful in check. as it is they already are eating our lunch

However, the above mentioned entities are comprised of people and people make mistakes

I believe that in this particular case the SEC handled this wrongly. I don’t think they needed to put together this big case for such a small company. In my opinion they should’ve handled it differently.

Oh I see. It is totally fine for the Market Makers to manipulate the market.

I agree somewhat. Sure he is not the brightest bulb on deck, however what he says about MM manipulation is true. We are all playing blackjack OTC and getting hit from other angles just not the stacked deck in favor of the house. The cry to clean up the SEC and the big market players chiefly investment banks has fallen on deaf ears for the past 50 years that I recall. The little guy...retail player always gets the short end. The corruption machine that runs the SEC, FDA etc etc etc.. assures the game continues in their favor. Rules are to keep peons in line.
