It's been a step-by-step process; the first step was to get the domicile changed, and that has happened.
Now, they need to secure the rig(s) and there appear to be some ready and available in nearby Romania, only the paperwork still needed to put them under contract. Then wait for the Black Sea to become hospitable again so the rigs can be put in position.
And, lastly, the financing but with the domicile now in Canada they'll have no difficulty getting the financing from one of the many experienced Canadian energy lenders.
This is shaping up nicely.
