hard to tell but I think the 715 number are folks fully dosed (ie completed the trial maybe).

While Turkey was announced about 5-6 weeks ago, they weren't enrolling - CW thinks the 1/18 PR indicated that they started enrolling, but it was kind of vague.

I'm not sure they've got much of a chance of hitting the Q1 goal, but we'll have to see what they come out with over the next 4 to 6 weeks.
