You could be right. But as for now, this point in time, don’t see how the DEM can render an appeal decision not knowing if the new law is applicable or not. I know I wouldn’t rule on an appeal not knowing if my decision abided by the law of the land.


But hey, just ask my wife, she will gladly tell you I have been wrong on many occasions.

$SNPW ALERT>.0113^ .@CLF says legislation targeting MedRecycler won’t stop the project. In a @BostonGlobe article, CLF legal counsel said the bill "would apply to future proposals and would not stop the MedRecycler proposal, which has already entered the licensing process."

If the DEM denies MedRecycler’s appeal, the company could appeal the decision to the state’s Supreme Court, which does have the authority to review the applicability of the new law, the newspaper reported.
