That's strange - I had no problem at all, and even got some great explanations of some of the terminology from the ETrade rep. Here's a quick hint for you all: use the Employee Stock Plan number and when they answer, you can just say "oops, I dialed the wrong number." They answer in a bout 5 minutes as opposed to 2 hours on the regular customer service line. Luckily enough, my account was opened by my previous employer, so I had an excuse for calling that line, but they aren't going to care - you'll just get transferred to an agent that can help you with the Vstock transfer.
