Mr. Kann has been a prominent corporate finance professional in the United States on both the East and West Coasts for over 30 years. Over that time, he has been an innovator in asset backed financial instruments and has worked with clientele around the globe including Europe, Asia, Central and South America. As an investment banker he has completed more than 60 mergers and acquisition transactions exceeding $2 billion in value. Previously, while in senior management positions for a wide variety of financial institutions serving the middle market, he structured and completed more than 200 transactions exceeding several billion dollars in value.
This is the same loser that they hired back in 2019 to "raise $20 million in financing to enable the Company to pay back all its convertible notes, expand sales & marketing, fund corporate expenses, pursue further research and development and ultimately position the company to become NASDAQ listed."
Guess that never panned out. Same way this new scam isn't going to pan out.
