Looks like the nasdaq news has now created a nice short opportunity. So the stock rose because they admitted they are a failure basically and had to be bailed out by the sec. Not sure how they pulled it off and got an extension. I guess the sec knows info. On legalization that we don't. No way they would have granted that if legalized zation wasn't right around the corner.
