Oh please!!! The judge had over 30 cases scheduled for 9am that day. He was annoyed at the last minute submissions and didn’t want to deal with it.

George’s court claim on shares doesn’t appear to match up with what he told the SEC.
Will be interesting to see what he files with the SEC now.
And does he have proof he had a pending merger in place that was dependent on that emergency court order to get the shares cancelled?


Call me skeptical!!
