Good points. I’m sure if it’s determined to stay in Waco, they’ll file Writs, etc. Wonder if this effects the schedule set for Claims, etc?

Another date is the timeline to reinstate the two recent dismissals? I believe it might be six months but not sure. Maybe it can be extended.
