Correct, the SEC revoked LevelBlox Inc.'s registration, then FINRA deleted the symbol, LVBX.

LevelBlox Inc. now exists as a private company. The stock still exists but without a ticker (LVBX) the shares cannot trade on any public market.

If LevelBlox Inc. re-registers with the SEC with a new FORM 10 the ticker would be reinstated as LVBX and the stock could trade again. However, out of ~2,400 companies that had their SEC registrations revoked only a few ever filed new FORM 10's to re-register.

At the end of this linked post readers can see the few stocks out of 2,400 that re-registered with the SEC.
