The under-dosed theory can only be proved if higher dosage works, but we don't know that yet. Most COVID therapeutic trials failed are because viruses are very difficult to treat. There's a reason why we still don't have an effective treatment for flu.

Although Leo did not have control on the trial protocol, he did have control on whether to run the trial or not. If he truly believed the trial was designed to fail, he should not have run it. Instead it costed shareholders two years and ~250M shares dilution.

No one one this board can convince me that what Ipix's trial, wasn't designed for failure and if Leo had control of his trial protocol then so would 1500 other participants who also screwed up their trial design that failed!!
