I as well would like to see some branding news, progress on biosciences division. I think the next ER may be as exciting as reading the latest Tom Clancy novel

I believe we will see both. Dye still has a war chest of around $60Mil. The $95Mil was pretty much all earmarked for acquisitions. Obviously they are stepping up their game and putting the right people in the right place is the key. This gives Dye the time needed to do what he does best. Mergers and acquisitions.

I got alot of flak for my thoughts and reasons for my expectation of a lackluster q4 call. However, it never had nor will have any impact of the team assembled here and where this company is headed.

Purplebee's will continue to grow exponentially and now with NM adding so much manufacturing space 6k which almost doubles manufacturing sq ft. and 70k cultivation. This deal at $42Mil with $27Mil cash and a note for $17 Mil at 5% will prove to be as good or better than the original purchase of Purplebee's itself which has tripled revenues 8n 2 yrs. Now it's going legal in 6 weeks.
