You can say almost any kind of hogwash in a PR, it seems. Even put it in a filing, and you only run the risk of a comment letter from the SEC. And they'll give you multiple chances to correct any misstatements.....Mexus was given multiple opportunities to correct some bogus info a few years ago (IIRC it was about tonnages and grades that they had no data to support).
PT and the company attorney know that they can push the envelope quite a bit with no real repercussions.
