He may be staying within the confines of the law but definitely immoral. This guy is into enriching himself and his cronies. Watched him work deals with companies that have only 1 employee for millions and then default and pay with stock over and over again. To stay and hold or buy this stock is a foolish waste. Yes the man is an ass but he will continue his behavior. He probably has positioned himself in the #1 position for debt collection when the company goes BK. Guess what! He will get to keep anything making money while stock holders lose it all. Dump the stock and walk away. He is all hot air.
