QE slows down significantly after this Friday. Currently, the Fed is growing the balance sheet by about 3.5 billion per trading day. Prior to starting tapering, it was about 5.5 billion per trading day. On Monday, it should reduce to about 1.3 billion per trading day (30 billion per month) and then end in about 4 weeks (schedule for the next 2 weeks is to be published on Friday.) I guess we will see what effect this has, if any, on demand for equities.
