I'm glad hes talking to somebody. Not once did he reply to me even though he fixed errors on the website that I saw. Not even a thanks for letting me know. Its not a good look that he said he would increase communication and then went silent. The things he is saying to you behind closed doors is what he should be utilizing twitter for. I agree that we are undervalued but Shawn Leon is a terrible CEO.
