What I’ve heard is the S4 filing will hit first and then about 30 days later the merger vote will take place … then if “Yea”, the merger date will be announced.

Nobody knows. DWAC needs to file S-4, and the SEC needs to finish their investigation, before the merger can be consummated. Without a positive catalyst, DWAC will continue to bleed, although the likelihood of negative catalysts are much more likely than positive ones
We’ve seen what happens to DWAC, when it fails to deliver. It’s only going to get worse. With all of his legal woes, Time is not on Trump’s side.
