The tweet yesterday after noon said he bought 200,000 shares of curadox so it seems that news might be coming on the acquisition or why would he invest in it

Read the PR, that’s what happened. It basically made it sound like Curadox might not happen and both acquisitions were iffy. I sold as soon as I read it, I knew what was going to happen. Most of us had been led to believe Curadox was a done deal. They also have a problem with the AS if they are doing acquisitions, unless they used preferred. I would like to see them address that in a PR or 8K.
