Many of these "little" stocks have lost interest in buyer's minds. This can be seen in the ihub breakout boards which used to show big gainers everyday but now there is a lack of big buyers in so many of these stocks. Also, the brokerage commissions do not encourage buying the cheapies. That being said I like blnk, chpt, jnsh and many more EV related stocks.
