There should be an investigation into that matter, but not a fan of the SEC to do their job.

Unfortunately, wouldn't be first time something like this has happened on the OTC.

Simply outrageous. If something like this happened on a major exchange, they could have at least imposed a temporary trading halt when the stock started plummeting on Feb. 4.
