The CAFC decision should take a few months. A decision could be rendered as early as the following month or as long as six months.

Part of the problem with Casper's decision is she did not allow WDDD to speak as to part 2, of the 101. The CAFC could return the case to Casper with instructions to hear the argument regarding part 2. The troubling part of this, is Casper could hear part 2, and rule the same way, thereby supporting her original decision. Hopefully, the CAFC weighs in on more than the obviously appealable issue regarding part 2. We would be lucky here for the CAFC to actually overturn the decision.
