they know very little apparently. they were told in no uncertain terms to use wainwright, that they would be crushed and diluted may beyond salvaged. so now we have to reap what they have sown, they will continue to knock the stock down to lower the price of the offering. all of the shareholder who paticipated at .25 are now underwater and screwed becuse Ben does not care.who knows what kind of deal they made to use them. now the rest of the shareholder are just left holding the bag. that 5th gen better work or can anyone say class action
