You would be correct if SRAX wasn't seating at the table.
Who knows if they even applied to FINRA. So much bs otc.
This isn't the normal mom and pop operation that we are use too seeing in the land of OTC. I believe the application is and has been in place for some time.
We know that for a company to cross over their business model to Block Chain is NOT an easy process. My experience tells me that the SEC is putting them through the grind for a VERY good reason.
My experience also tells me the stock would not be holding here with a possible RS hanging over it, if the application wasn't making it through the correct channels.
Stay tuned...When we start seeing large blocks supporting the bid, we know we are getting close IMO.
