I've heard people refer to the Paulson raises as "dark money"....not certain how "dark" it is if it's right on their public website and how much.

Any thoughts on who might be an external candidate with Paulson ties?

The funding was from a placement to shareholders. Not a loan. Paulson didn't lend CYDY any money. They broker deals for a cut. That's the gig.
