One reason for the selloff could be the reverse split. Unless accompanied by significant positive news this is usually a negative for the share price. Here’s an article. Would be interested in other’s thoughts and perspective. Thanks

It's possible some big holders are selling to participate in the raise, get warrants as well as stock. As to the negatives of reverse splits, getting on the NAS would counter that I think.
