True, I do hope selling it is in the works, it would provide the ample cash influx this company needs to get its business really going and remove a minor cash drain from the IRS disliking it not being declared through the proper channels, that 5 year lease should be or will expire soon
I had made the argument that that valuation of 10 million dollar was dated from half a decade, so seeing how land/real estate values just generally rose during the period, it wouldn't be unreasonable that it could be valuated even higher now. Don't exactly remember the exact wording of the lease agreement and whether potential buying value is set in stone or subject to discussion however, anyone able to pull up the contract and repost it here?
