Thru Pharma, LLC has 8 million of the 10.3 million outstanding per the 10-k. No wonder the float is only 2.3 million..... who knows out of that 2.3 million are in cert form.... super duper low float. i didn't know it was that low and only 37 shareholders as of yearend...
