The problem is that the nameplate capacity is still lower than the amounts shipped. It could only be a few options. One that LCYB has retro fitted another small plant near by or that LCYB has licensed the tech to someone who is producing it for them. Since LCYB is the owner of the assets and the tech that is all it could be and LCYB is free to license out the tech to who ever they want. The issue is that since LCYB is a private company it will be hard to find out exactly how they are producing more than the Sarnia plants nameplate capacity as they are under no obligation to disclose the fact of having a second plant to run in or having someone else toll for them.
