They (according to Andrew) have a block on insider trades since 11/21. The stock options are not insider trades. The purchases via DSPP could be anyone. Surely corporate must reveal purchases of shares via DSPP if they’ve done so since 11/21 to the SEC, no? The only thing I care about is if management is net buying shares continually and not selling. As it stands management’s ownership of the float is very very weak. As was stated by previous CEO’s of Zion like Dustin Guinn, “management should be buying if they believe in the stock”
