right now I'm hoping the SEC approached them by a letter, and JP ignored it. Because if there was some sec-company discussion and then the sec took this action, that would not be good..

The SEC is evil that is all I know ....can I say for sure that Jim has lied or not NO.......no one can at this point...so why get pushed out of shape.....it is what it is....and there is nothing anyone can say here to change that
