In speaking with NVSOS, I was surprised how easy it would be to do this.

This is the third OTC company I have seen a fraudulent filing filed on NV SoS.

All this paperwork can be filed online. Only one signature necessary. When I asked the lady "well, what's to prevent fraud", she said "well, these filings are not cheap. They can run between $200 and $500 each". Must admit, I was a bit taken aback by her innocence.

Think the person who filed this crap made their "$200 to $500" back?

Think they are even still in the country? I know I would be gone, gone, and gone.

I know it's doubtful, but I hope they find this worthless POS.

Last time I accept anything from NVSOS at face value.
