#28380 RE: mdb1 #28379

Most likely those folks that manipulated BORK from a few pennies to dollars did indeed sell millions of shares in the $4 - $5 range as knowing that they needed to start selling quickly in the next months before it became obvious that Bourque Industries had no ability to become a successful company, as demonstrated by the postings of The Milkman that were sadly ignored.

As for John Bourque and his Board of Director Puppets, most likely those folks themselves were part of the scheme, or simply knowledgeable of the scam and sold millions of shares in the $4 - $5 range in those months knowing BORK will go towards zero, as it did.

You wonder "If they [John Bourque and his puppets] had just done that, and had MILLION[s] in the bank, they could [build Bourque Industries into] a REAL company."

Yes, money wise they could have, but they knew the manipulation of BORK was illegal and they needed to keep that ill gotten gains "quiet" so as not to attract attention by the eventually Hurting in the Dark Shareholders that would have notified the SEC to look into recent activity.

Now we know that the illegal manipulation of BORK was never investigated by the SEC, but still John Bourque and his puppets worried that if they put those gains into Bourque Industries some of the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders that dumped their BORKs for a 99% lost would ask the SEC for an investigation.

Ask yourself, how does John Bourque support himself these years since 2011 as an employee of Bourque Industries when the company has no cash (revenue) to pay him a weekly paycheck.

This, so easy to understand.
