Again- how does your perception of LCYs capacity issues imply that they would win the assets of an insolvent company in a liquidation then buy the liquidated equity four years later?

Not arguing the logs. Who cares?

There was no KERP. They had no need for employees when the SISP failed.

Mitsui gave up its equity for $1 because they didn’t want to be on the hook for the debt. Bioamber doubled down and Mitsui got out. Who ended up being right?

NOLs? To get them you’d have to take on all the debt. No one wanted to do that.

Oh, so that's the latest theory, the latest laser pointer to keep the kittens busy after the class action suit ends and folks still are not enriched? A secret second plant in operation that BioAmber never disclosed to their shareholders (and public) in their SEC filings, nor the bankruptcy proceedings in 2 federal courts, and to their creditors? Cool...
You'd think the news services in Sarnia would have done an article during its construction and when it started operations. Kinda hard to keep something like that a secret...
And this is more credible than the court records?
Sounds legit...
By the way, whatever happened to all that corn sludge Visolis imported a couple years ago that was yet another big mystery?
