Approve LL for what?? It has failed most of its trials. Hasn't even had an application -- Didn't file for the CoV EUA (in spite to telling shareholders), couldn't even prepare a "complete" BLA (in spite of falsely claiming he did). How would you expect any approval without even an application in a decade of burning shareholder cash?
