please note that a 10-k is different than a 10-q

please understand that 10-qs are quarterly filings not annual fillings like 10-ks.

q4 2021 10-q is due Feb 9th. but company files late regularly so don't expect 2021 4th quarter 10-q until Feb 14th

just had to point that out because many people don't seem to understand the difference.
